The history of Seiko watches is a celebration of passion and craftsmanship, which began in Ginza in 1881, when twenty-one-year-old Kintaro Hattori opened a small shop to repair and sell timepieces. That modest shop soon grew into a factory, Seikosha, which in 1913 presented the first watch made in Japan: the Laurel.
One hundred and ten years later, Seiko celebrates this milestone with a series of limited-edition watches.
The Seiko Presage Style 60's Automatic GMT is one of them.

The minimalist and elegantly-white box draws immediate focus to its contents. At first glance, the watch reveals a wide, clear dial, framed by a 40 mm silver-toned case, creating a beautiful contrast with the soft dark brown leather strap.
Then begins the discovery of finer details: a touch of red at twelve o'clock, the “Made in Japan” inscription at the bottom right, and the beige hour and minute hands accented in blue, which to me echo the iconic symbols of Japan, Mount Fuji and the Great Wave off Kanagawa.

However, despite the overall excellence, one notable element is missing: a sapphire crystal.
Nevertheless, this 1960s-inspired watch is a perfect fusion of heritage and modernity, destined to measure time with precision while transcending it.

Very well made chain, the price is worth the quality. Fairly fast delivery. I had bought a 40 cm which I changed to a 45 cm. Very efficient return service. I will definitely buy other things.

The quality is very good, as expected. The only problem is that this was the only option offered online in silicone as a compatible match for a men watch, so I didn't considered twice the XS in the name, and indeed it is very small. So it is adapted only for a thin woman or a child. It should not be recommended as an option for a man's watch.

The watch was delivered very quickly and is of very high quality. I personally find it very light on the wrist and comfortable to wear.

The ring is beautiful and the delivery was super fast! I will definitely be ordering from this site again!
