Rose Gold Jewellery
Gold alloys with red colour nuances, such as rose gold or red gold, are created by adding a high copper content, which gives the gold its warm red tint. Unfortunately, this can affect the resistance of the material. We prefer to work with 750 / 18K rose gold, which offers a good balance between colour and durability due to its high gold content. Pure rose gold is rarely used for jewellery, as the colour contrast with Central European skin is often too low. Instead, rose gold is often used as an accent in combination with white or yellow gold to give special pieces of jewellery a unique touch.
