We offer a 14-day right of exchange for all orders placed on our website and in our stores. In addition, we grant a unique right of return of 14 days, as long as this is explicitly requested by you in the comment field in the last step of the order process.
We sell high-quality items in our wide assortment, which also require specially insured and expensive shipping. Many jewellery items and watches are specially produced on demand and a return is associated with high costs. We want to ensure that our items are absolutely flawless, unused and unworn for every customer. From our many years of experience in the watch and jewellery industry, we know that jewellery is often only bought for a specific occasion and then returned after the event. Our return and exchange guidelines are defined on this basis.

Can I exchange the item I ordered?
You have a 14-day right of exchange for all orders placed on our website and in our stores. Please contact our customer service team, who will be happy to suggest alternatives. If there is no alternative, you can also exchange the product for a voucher at any time. This will make it easier for you to choose something new later.
Products for which an exchange is excluded:

- Wedding rings

- Engraved items
- Watches on which the strap has been adjusted
Can I exchange an item purchased in the uhrenschmuck24.ch online shop at a CHRISTIAN store?
You can exchange an item purchased online in our stores. However, not all products are immediately available in our stores. Please contact our customer service team to ensure that the desired products are in stock for the exchange.
What happens if the exchanged item is more expensive than the original purchase?
If you wish to exchange a more expensive item, the original invoice will remain open and the difference will be charged on a new invoice.
What happens if the exchanged item is less expensive than the original purchase?
If you wish to change to a cheaper item, the original invoice remains open. The difference between the two products will be credited on a voucher, which is valid for 5 years.

Do I have a right of return?
For all purchases at www.uhrenschmuck24.ch, CHRISTIAN AG grants a unique right of return totalling 14 days, as long as this is explicitly requested by you in the comment field in the last step of the order process.
If you are considering returning an item, it is essential that you make your request in advance in the comments field when you place your order. This will enable us to check your order and inform you if one of the items in your order cannot be returned, and together we can find a solution adapted to your situation. If the right of return is not explicitly requested in the comment field, you have a 14-day right of exchange.

Are returns free of charge?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a return label. The return costs are at your charge. We advise you to return your items by registered post (against signature) using Swiss Post.
What happens to my payment if I return an order?
Once we have received the item, we will check its condition. If your return is accepted and the product and its packaging show no signs of wear, defects or damage, the purchase price will be refunded via the original payment method. Please read the following section to find out how the refund process works.
Total return of the order: The purchase price will be refunded via the original payment method. If you paid by invoice or monthly instalments, the invoice will be cancelled.
Partial return of the order: The purchase price of returned items will be refunded via the original payment method. If you paid by invoice or monthly instalments, the corresponding partial amount will be cancelled from your invoice, but the amount of each monthly payment will remain the same.
For example: you order 2 items, each costing CHF 1'500, and opt for a monthly payment over 12 months. The total amount is therefore CHF 3'000 and each monthly payment is CHF 250. You return one item and keep the second. The total bill is therefore only CHF 1'500. Each month you will have to pay CHF 250, and after 6 months you will have paid the CHF 1'500 for the item you kept.
How will I receive a refund for returned items?
Below you will find information on the refund process according to your selected payment method:
Invoice / Installment payment: The credit note has been applied to your outstanding invoice and is therefore considered cancelled. The corresponding message has already been automatically forwarded to our payment partner CembraPay.
TWINT / Credit Card / PayPal: The refund has just been executed. With TWINT and PayPal, the amount is usually immediately visible in your account. For credit cards, the refund may take up to 48 hours.
Prepayment: Please send us your IBAN number by e-mail so that we can process the refund for you as quickly as possible. It takes 2-3 working days to process your refund.
How long does a refund usually take?
Below you will find information on the refund process according to your selected payment method:
Invoice / Installment payment: CembraPay is directly informed of your credit and will contact you if a refund is necessary.
TWINT / Credit Card / PayPal: The refund has just been executed. For credit cards, the refund may take up to 48 hours.
Prepayment: The refund may take up to 2-3 working days after we receive your IBAN number.
Can I return an item purchased from the uhrenschmuck24.ch online shop to a CHRISTIAN store or vice versa?
If the order was placed online, you can return the item to one of our stores in order to avoid return costs. For all purchases made in-store, it is necessary to return the item to the store where the purchase was made. Refunds are made via the original method of payment and must be made on site.
Questions about return shipment
What do I have to consider when returning a product?
- Before returning any goods, please notify our Customer Service Department. They will check the goods once they have been received. You can report your return using our contact form or by calling 044 241 64 41.
- Returns are at your expense. We advise you to return your items by registered post (with signature) via Swiss Post, indicating the value of your order so that it can be insured in the event of damage or loss during shipment.
- If the return is accepted and there are no signs of wear, defects or damage to the product or packaging, the item will be exchanged. The purchase price will be refunded using the same method of payment you originally used.
- One shipment is sufficient to meet the deadline. Items must only have been tried on as they would be in a shop, with no labels removed, and must be returned to us complete and intact. Items must also be returned in their original packaging.
