About the brand
At the beginning of the early 20th century, PAUL EDWARD HEWITT, a master tailor from near London, emigrated from the Prussian-Frisian region to Oldenburg in northern Germany due to his love for a young lady. He quickly followed his former professional passion and found the perfect symbiosis of British elegance and northern German understanding of quality in his new home. He quickly established a prestigious shop for classic menswear and accessories. More than 100 years later, while searching for a suitable name for his own company, his great-grandson discovered this inspiring story in the family memoirs and founded his label for watches, jewellery and accessories - always determined to follow the tradition of his ancestors and develop unique quality products with a North German identity.
