I ordered the Pandora Family Forever pendant online. I picked it up in person at the Lucerne branch at the Bahnhof. I was greeted by a kind and lovely saleswoman. She let me look at the pendant in detail. It was a gift for my mother from my husband. I thought it was the perfect gift for her because she is also my family. The saleswoman was great at choosing the pendant. She asked pleasant questions to make me feel as comfortable as possible. She beautifully wrapped the gift in paper and put a bow on it. I was delighted. The service and quality are at a high level. All praise.

The watch is superb, I was looking for an affordable model with a stainless steel bracelet, and I came across this one. I love it, it is very simple but it has its charm with its Skeleton hands. The hands glow well in the dark so it's great. In terms of operation, nothing to say, in the end it is a quartz, but it is more the communication of the store that makes me buy again and I recommend from them, great team, attentive and very friendly. Very fast shipping, received in very careful packaging. The watch was adjusted to my liking without the delivery time being exceeded. It looks beautiful and it is of quality. I recommend buying on CHRISTIAN, which I will do very soon for a new one because it is a superb store.
