I am absolutely delighted with the customer service. As soon as I had completed the order, I received a confirmation by email and knew that everything had worked. The package with the watch arrived quickly and was very well packaged. I was very pleased that the watch came in an original Daniel Wellington box. It was undamaged. I really like it and it looks great on the wrist. The detailed description of the watch on the website allowed me to imagine what the watch looked like and everything was the same in reality. I was rather disappointed that the invoice was not included in the package, as this is often very practical. However, I can understand if the invoice is sent by email. It saves costs.

The watch is a great eye-catcher and made of high quality! The somewhat brutal and "sleazy" look of the watch is great if you're out and about in biker/leather clothes or going to a metal concert, and it captivated me immediately! ;-) The dial is simply beautifully made and for me is what makes the watch so "charming". The price/performance ratio is therefore top-notch and Christian's service is also great as always!
