I have had a T-Touch for almost 7 years and am very happy with it. I actually don't need a new watch but when I saw this Expert Solar it was clear: I need a new watch :) I found what I was looking for on uhrenschmuck24, ordered it and had it on my wrist less than 24 hours later. I was able to pay by invoice, which I received in the mail a few days later. Conclusion: Awesome watch, awesome service! I'd be happy to come back another time (this time I'm sure it will take less than 7 years :) )

I recently bought this watch from Christian and received it within a day. At first I was a little disappointed because the strap was too long. I actually wanted to send the watch back but then decided to call customer service. They explained to me step by step how to shorten the watch myself. I was skeptical at first, but decided to do it myself. For me (I have no mechanical skills at all) it was child's play, in fact I really enjoyed it. You would have thought that the nice gentleman from customer service was sitting next to me and explaining everything to me in detail. Thumbs up for very good service!
