Conditions of participation

By participating in the contest on the website uhrenschmuck24.ch, the online shop of CHRISTIAN AG, the user accepts these conditions of participation and the contest procedure.

  1. The contest is organised by CHRISTIAN AG, Limmatplatz 1, 8005 Zurich. The contest will take place from 01. Dezember 2023 until 24. Dezember 2023.

  2. Only one participation per person for the contest / draw is possible. Multiple participation under different e-mail addresses is not permitted. Please note: Our system recognises multiple entries based on various factors. If you make a mistake when entering your data, please do not fill in the form again. The data will not be updated. Each randomly drawn winner will also be manually checked for a violation of the conditions of participation and multiple entries under multiple e-mail addresses. In the event of a breach, you will be excluded from the competition and a new draw will be held.

  3. All persons resident in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein are eligible to participate in the 24 prize draws, with the exception of employees of CHRISTIAN AG, their direct family members and the participating companies. Participation is only possible from the age of 18.

  4. Eligible to win a draw are those persons who fulfil the conditions and complete the desired action. In this case, please complete the form + answer the question correctly.

  5. A winner can only win once in the entire prize draw.

  6. The winner(s) of the 24 draws will be drawn at random from all participants within two working days (Mon-Fri) after the end of the daily prize draw and informed of the next steps by email.

  7. You acknowledge that prizes with a value of more than CHF 1'000.- may be subject to withholding tax and that the prize draw organiser will report the prize to the Swiss Federal Tax Administration in the event of tax liability. The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize.

  8. Any prize will be cancelled if the winner does not respond to the prize notification by e-mail within three working days (Mon-Fri) or has not provided his/her correct address details or has not provided them in full. This includes invalid e-mail addresses. A new draw will be held. As soon as the winner has been confirmed, we will also publish them anonymously on the contest page. The listing will be abbreviated, for example: Winner Ana M. from Zurich.

  9. The prize will be sent by post..

  10. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be paid out in cash.

  11. CHRISTIAN AG is authorised to make changes to the prize.

  12. All correspondence will be avoided. Legal recourse is excluded.

  13. Participation via contest organisations, automated services or other service providers is not permitted. In the event of suspected manipulation, CHRISITAN AG reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition without giving reasons or prior notice.

  14. Should individual clauses be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining clauses. The exclusive applicable law is the law of Switzerland.

Information on data protection: Each participant agrees to the processing of their personal data in the context of this competition. The data will be collected by CHRISTIAN AG and used confidentially for the draw and, in the case of winning, for contacting and delivering the prizes. Furthermore, the data collected in the context of participation will be treated in accordance with the terms of the current data protection laws and shared with our newsletter provider for registration to our newsletter. It will not be passed on to the participating brands or other third parties. If you win, your name may be published anonymously on the CHRISTIAN Watches Jewellery website (www.uhrenschmuck24.ch), on our social media pages and in press releases (listing will be with an abbreviation such as: winner Ana M. from Zurich). Participants have the right to information, correction, blocking, limitation and deletion of their data and to revoke their consent for the future. These rights must be asserted with CHRISTIAN AG, in the case of revocation of consent by e-mail to info@uhrenschmuck24.ch.
