What does the warranty cover?

A watch's warranty generally covers manufacturing and material defects, including the movement, hands, dial, crown and sometimes the case. What is the difference between 9-carat, 14-carat and 18-carat gold?

Does the jewellery come with a certificate of authenticity?

All CHRISTIAN diamond jewellery is sent with a certificate of authenticity indicating that our diamonds are either natural and extracted from conflict-free mines or that they have been grown in a laboratory.
CHRISTIAN gold jewellery and silver jewellery do not come with a certificate. The responsibility label (CGZ stamp) on the piece of jewellery is sufficient to indicate that it was produced by CHRISTIAN AG. The gold quality is indicated by the symbol 750, 585 or 375. The silver quality is indicated by the symbol 925.

We recommend using a free ringsizer to determine the right size beforehand, which you can order directly on the product page of each ring.
