The customer service team was very helpful and the watch was delivered on time (ordered just before Christmas, which seems to be the worst time to buy a gift). To be honest, this is the most beautiful watch I have ever bought. A very classy yet sporty TAG Heuer at a great price! The nylon strap makes the watch a lot lighter and also perfect for the gym!
