The watch has a very simple and elegant design. The packaging of the watch is also very elegant (white cardboard box with black cushions around which the watch is wrapped). Unfortunately, the watch did not work when I received it, which was very disappointing as the watch was intended as a gift (it was not well received when it was given ;)). So I contacted the service hotline by phone. The friendly employee told me that I could send the watch back for repair using the free return label or take it to a watch shop for repair. I was then able to send the receipt to uhrenschmuck24 via email and the amount was credited to my credit card shortly afterwards. Thank you very much for this great service!
