I had been hesitating for a while and on Monday I took the plunge (with a diving watch it's normal!). I am delighted with this watch. Certina has never disappointed me. Very good quality and excellent value for money. As for Christian's (legendary) service, I have exhausted the adjectives to compliment! Small technical problem with the chosen payment method, a telephone call to customer service in Zurich, immediate response, problem resolved with a smile in 2 minutes and apologies for the slow (!!) delivery because ordered on Monday evening around 5 p.m., we had to wait....Wednesday (delivery at 8:30 a.m.!). Perfect as always at Christian's. Thanks to the whole Christian team and the good humor on the phone.
