I received competent advice over the phone. The watch was kindly reserved because I couldn't travel to Zurich until a few days later. The advice on site was courteous, I bought the watch and the strap was adjusted immediately. I am very happy with this beautiful watch and also with Christian watch jewelry. I immediately bought a second watch (different brand). Overall verdict: Recommended, would buy again.
