When I picked up the watch at the Helvetiaplatz branch, I was given a very friendly welcome. The watch was shown to me, the strap was adjusted to my wrist, and explained how to set it properly. In general, I am very happy with the watch as well as with the customer service and the friendliness of the employees. I can only recommend both the watch and the shop.

The only negative point: the crown is very small, not very easy to grip and requires a lot of force to wind (fully wound, turn around 45 times).
