I didn't know much about Louis Erard when I looked at this watch. However, the folks at Christian convinced me of the quality. Despite that, I actually found it much better. It doesn't fit too big on the wrist even though it is 42mm. The blue color is a very nice deep blue that changes shades slightly with the lighting. The hands are so beautiful that they seem to move with the dial. I really liked this watch and it is very welcome in the collection.
