The fifties, the sixties. That would have been the time of this watch. It was a time when, in my opinion, everything from the refrigerator to the car, from the furniture to the clothing, everything had a fantastic design. I love the fifties and sixties and I love the jazz from that era. I own several watches from that era and yet this Hamilton, with its 38mm size, is my absolute favorite watch. This watch is a modern version of vintage and looks very classy and timeless. The size is perfect! I think the 42mm is too big and doesn't fit the look. The dial is incredibly beautiful. I find watches without a second hand much classier and it is so wonderfully calming when you look at the watch. Timeless, classic, classy, elegant, gentlemanly understatement are terms that immediately spring to mind. I can very well imagine that this Hamilton will be my last watch. A clear recommendation to buy!
