As an Apple Watch wearer (from Series 1), I switched to Garmin last October because although the AW offered golf apps, they required editing after each round. So I first bought the Approach S62 before finally purchasing the MARQ Golfer. Initially skeptical about the intuitive menu navigation, which I really appreciated on the AW, I soon realized that this preconceived opinion was wrong. The Golfer not only impresses with its aesthetics (which is in the eye of the beholder anyway) but also with its very extensive menu navigation and the various sports applications. The golf app is also an ideal addition and it is nice to be able to read not only the results but also the statistics after a round. I use the watch with the CT10 sensors, so all I have to do during the round is press one button to confirm the score. In addition to the Jacquard Weave strap, the scope of delivery also includes a silicone strap and 3 CT10 sensors. The long battery life is particularly noteworthy; AW wearers were not spoiled in this respect. Whether the high price is justified is up to each buyer.
