The other Alpina watch that I received on the same day was fine, however, and the strap was complete and wrapped in foil. I then wrote an email to the customer service of Uhren Schmuck 24 and because I hadn't received a response by midday the next day, I called. They told me that the watch had been delivered to me directly from the manufacturer and that they had no influence on it. However, they will take care of it and get me links, but the process takes up to 1 week. One star is also deducted for the incompleteness of the watch. It looks like the manufacturer's quality control is not working well. The watch was very cheap but I can't wear it at the moment (December 4th, 2019 = 5 days after delivery). However, the customer service at Uhren-Schmuck 24 was extremely friendly and competent. I now assume that the problem will be solved and that a lasting solution will be found with the manufacturer.
