I have already ordered several items from Uhren-Schmuck 24 and have not had any problems so far. I ordered the watch myself and asked for a return at short notice, but that didn't work. I don't know the reason for this, but in my opinion the deadline and time were sufficient. For that I lose one star. The watch was then delivered to me and unfortunately I discovered that the strap was too short. Links were missing and the watch was not wrapped in foil on the strap like another Alpina model. This gave me the impression that it was no longer in new condition. I then used the replacement strap shown on the manufacturer's website as a comparison. The other Alpina watch that I received on the same day was fine, however, and the strap was complete and wrapped in foil. I then wrote an email to the customer service of Uhren Schmuck 24 and because I hadn't received a response by midday the next day, I called. They told me that the watch had been delivered to me directly from the manufacturer and that they had no influence on it. However, they will take care of it and get me links, but the process takes up to 1 week. One star is also deducted for the incompleteness of the watch. It looks like the manufacturer's quality control is not working well. The watch was very cheap but I can't wear it at the moment (December 4th, 2019 = 5 days after delivery). However, the customer service at Uhren-Schmuck 24 was extremely friendly and competent. I now assume that the problem will be solved and that a lasting solution will be found with the manufacturer.
