For costumer service, very good!... The thing is, somehow the courier lost the package? (marked as "delivered" but not actually delivered). This had nothing to do with CHRISTIAN but still I reached out to do the corresponding investigation. They were promply taking action to solve it. I appreciate this level of costumer service. It gives me more confidence in getting other things from this shop eventually.
