The Artelier Skeleton from Oris is exactly what I have been looking for for a long time: feminine, elegant - yet straightforward and timeless. A look at its fascinating inner workings won me over immediately. (+) The size of the watch - perfect even for delicate wrists: thanks to the rounded sides, it doesn't look bulky at all on my rather small/fine wrist despite its drop height of 10 mm. (+) Wearing comfort and clasp - simply pleasant: here too, I was initially a little skeptical about whether a folding clasp would be too bulky for a delicate wrist. Up until now, I was only used to the classic pin clasps. But here too, there is nothing to complain about, neither visually nor in terms of the feel. Super workmanship, super comfortable to wear (+) Handling, automatic, power reserve - finest Swiss quality: Setting the time is uncomplicated. The crown can be pulled into the setting position without effort or wound up in the basic position - if necessary. The automatic movement runs perfectly and I have not noticed any deviations so far (or even after 1 week it has never had to be adjusted). The power reserve (38h) does what it promises: I only wear the watch every other day. That means it stays still for two nights and a whole day (32h) - without any problems. (+/-) Dial and legibility of the time - beauty is clearly the most important thing here: The high-quality but simply designed dial takes up very little space - in favor of a view of the inner workings. On the one hand, this is very nice to look at, but on the other hand, the legibility of the hour hand suffers somewhat because it does not protrude above the dial and is therefore somewhat lost in the movement. (This is not really noticeable in the product photo thanks to the shading). (++++) Although I was initially a little concerned about the price (I actually never intended to look for anything in this price range) and I looked around for alternatives for a long time, I couldn't get away from this model. Now I've finally treated myself to one for my own birthday and I'm super happy with it. If you're looking for something that perfectly balances elegance and mechanics, the Artelier Skeleton from Oris is definitely the right choice. And for those who like something a little more sparkling/exclusive, the model is also available with diamonds on the dial.

The order was delivered very quickly. The package was able to be picked up the same day as I wasn't at home. The order also included a small gift from Fossil. Upon request, both items were wrapped separately with wrapping paper and a bow. I also think it's great that you can pay for a really lovely gift with 0% installments, up to 5000 francs.
