Comes in a simple yet elegant box, with a functional instruction manual. As is usual with automatic watches, it is nice and big and a little heavy, but it feels very high quality! Visually, it is very sporty (which is also to be expected from the name - it is not called "Seiko 5 Sports" for nothing) and suitable for a "casual look", although casual is more of an understatement compared to the watch. In addition to the seconds, minutes and hour hands, the watch has another hand that indicates the hours again and is particularly useful when resetting the clock (set the date to the previous day, then set the clock until the date and time are correct). The date field is set at an angle between 4 and 5 o'clock, which sometimes irritates me a little. But it is surely just a matter of getting used to it/taste! I was particularly impressed by the luminosity and thus clear readability in dim to dark environments! Only the leather strap seems a bit "old-fashioned" to me, but you can replace it with a more "sporty" one if you like! Finally, I have to praise the quick ordering/shipping process! If I had ordered it on Wednesday, the watch would have been on my wrist by Thursday if I had been able to receive the postman. But I had to wait until Friday. Very impressive! All in all, a high-quality watch and a purchase I would make again!
