I prefer to wear watches between 38 and 41mm. The Certina DS4 comes with a 38mm case, so as an everyday watch or dress watch it is at the lower end of the size scale that I still find comfortable. The nice thing about the DS4 is the fact that it offers a lot for relatively little money. The incredibly beautiful dial is worth highlighting, which in terms of appearance and quality could easily be found in a 1000 CHF watch. The anthracite-colored sunburst dial with polished hands and applied indices looks extremely high-quality and makes the watch appear new again and again in different lighting situations. The case is very well made. Polished and satin-finished surfaces alternate in a sophisticated way, which is otherwise only seen on much more expensive watches. The horns are relatively round and the case therefore also hugs the arm very well. The glass is the well-known sapphire glass, so there is nothing to complain about here either. The automatic movement is also beyond reproach and runs very precisely. You can watch this great piece of technology at work through the glass bottom. The brown leather strap with a crocodile look goes very well with the Certina. The high-quality butterfly clasp also refines the overall look. Overall, the DS4 benefits from its really high-quality appearance due to the beautiful dial, the high-quality case and the absolutely harmonious strap. This is my 3rd Certina from Christian Uhren and I have never been disappointed. When ordering online, I made a mistake which resulted in me ordering a completely different watch. One call was enough and the friendly gentleman on the phone canceled the purchase immediately. I can highly recommend the watch and the company.

I ordered this watch online and the process was excellent! Nice customer service, fast delivery, very well packaged... About the watch itself: Of course I ordered it because I really liked the way it looked. But also because Mido has stood out in my family for its longevity (40!!! years and still working). I was still surprised by how comfortable it was to wear. The watch strap is simply brilliant. I haven't tested the 80-hour power reserve yet. But I compared the accuracy with the atomic clock for a week. Not a second off. For me, a clear recommendation to buy! A watch that has a great price-performance ratio for its appearance and functionality!! :)

I've been eyeing the Pontos S Diver for some time. It's elegant for a diver's watch and has a vintage touch. It's easy to handle and surprisingly comfortable to wear. The service from Christian Uhren & Schmuck was straightforward and courteous.
This chronograph impresses with its elegant, classic and understated design. Look, feel and price/performance are top notch. The white dial reflects something, which makes it difficult to read in certain situations. The leather strap is initially a bit inflexible and stiff. I replaced it with a rustic one. What is also good in terms of durability is the metal strap,
