2 Watches - 2 locations - Excellent Service

My family and I were on holiday from the US and visiting Lucerne and Zurich while abroad. We had the absolute pleasure of meeting Melanie in the Lucerne store. Melanie was such a joy to work with. I had gone into the store to purchase a DS+ Urban and Heritage watch and unfortunately this store did not have any in stock - however she managed to reserve one for me in the Zurich location - which is were my family was header after Lucerne! When I arrived the watch was ready and waiting!!!

While in the Lucerne store, my son decided he wanted to look a a few of the watches as well. Melanie showed us number of different watches that met my son's price range. After trying a few - my son settled on the Certina DS Action. We could not be happier with our purchases!!
