I bought this watch on behalf of my wife and had to bring it back to her on a trip. It ended up being a gift for a relative. The description of the watch on the website was so good that I was able to make the decision without consulting my wife. The very nice and competent gentleman on the phone found the watch in one of the branches and assured me that it could be with me the next day (Tuesday). He then took down the order details and sent me the watch by invoice. It arrived on time and well packaged the next day. Christian has proven here that customer service works very well even in special situations and that he was able to fulfill my customer request 100%, which was unusual for an online shop.
