When I put the watch on for the first time, my concerns were unfortunately confirmed and the watch was simply too big. It was Saturday and on the same day I contacted customer service and asked about a possible exchange. The nice man on the phone said it would be no problem, but I should come to the branch to possibly adjust the strap. The next Monday I was in the branch on Limmatplatz and the same man served me. After the great advice and trying on other watches, I finally decided on the same watch and the strap was adjusted free of charge. My conclusion: ordering a watch online without ever trying it on is relatively risky, especially if you have a narrow wrist and decide on a big size. Despite everything, the service was courteous and professional, so if I had chosen a different watch, it would not have been a problem.
