The sapphire crystal is truly in a class of its own, almost invisible, and adds a great sense of depth. Thanks to the titanium construction, it's very light and comfortable to wear. The finish is partly polished or very finely brushed, which greatly enhances the overall appearance. I can't comment on its scratch resistance yet, but Seiko uses a "hard coating" on its titanium, which should make it more resistant. My old titanium Tissot was very susceptible to all kinds of scratches; time will tell if the coating lives up to its promise. The ratchet system for adjusting the size is also very good, although I would have liked additional adjustment options on the folding clasp, as the watch doesn't have half links. Purchasing from Christian was once again straightforward, and shipping was prompt; I can highly recommend it.
