As soon as I saw this new blue-dial version, I decided to buy it. My watch collection was missing a blue-dial watch, while I already had quite a few with black dials, so this new variant felt like an obvious choice for me.
The watch is very well made, has a unique design, and looks great both on its original leather strap and on an aftermarket Jubilee bracelet.
The dial is particularly distinctive. The blue gradually becomes darker towards the edges, creating a subtle gradient effect. Since the watch is based on the film Interstellar, I feel that this dial gives it a very atmospheric, almost cosmic character. It reminds me of looking up at the night sky and seeing the depth of space and the stars.
The winding crown is perfectly sized and has a very satisfying winding action. Both winding the movement and setting the time feel precise and enjoyable, which adds to the overall experience of wearing the watch.

For some comparison, I previously owned a 40mm PRX and I loved it, but the size was pushing the limits of what I considered comfortable for my wrist. On the other hand, the 35mm felt too small. In my opinion, the 38mm is the perfect universal size. It fits both larger and smaller wrists extremely well and strikes a great balance on the wrist.
The other thing that really stands out, besides the fit, is how much lighter this titanium PRX is compared to the standard steel version.
When you put it on, you almost forget that you are wearing a watch. This was the first thing I noticed when I started wearing it. I then compared it with my brother’s 40mm PRX, and I was genuinely surprised by how significant the difference in weight was. I didn’t expect it to feel this much lighter.
So, overall, I am very impressed.
I went with the silver dial because my previous PRX had a blue dial, and I wanted something different this time. The silver-on-silver combination works extremely well, perhaps even better than the blue dial in my opinion, although that ultimately comes down to personal taste.
To conclude my review, I am very impressed with what Tissot has done with this PRX. They managed to update an existing design while creating something that feels genuinely new. Despite being clearly part of the same PRX family, the titanium version feels very different from the original, both in terms of wearing experience and overall character.
