Response from the owner (Translated automatically with Google™ View original text)

Thank you for your feedback. A slight color difference in 18-karat gold can have various causes. Firstly, it can result from minimal variations in the alloy (the mixture of metals) that occur from batch to batch, as 18K gold consists of 75% pure gold and 25% other metals that contribute to its color and hardness. Depending on whether a touch more copper or silver is included in this mixture, the gold tone can vary slightly from batch to batch, sometimes appearing a little warmer, sometimes a little cooler. Secondly, a darker color can also be due to surface tarnishing of the added metals (copper/silver), which can occur through contact with air or cosmetics. We assure you that in both cases, this is not a quality defect and both chains meet our high standards for 750 gold. Please contact us directly or come visit us in the store so we can take a look at this together and find a satisfactory solution for you; often a professional touch-up by a goldsmith is all it takes.
