I decided on a Hamilton because I don't want to wear my expensive chronograph every day, but I don't want to forego quality in a more robust environment. The lug to lug is quite large, so please think carefully about whether the smaller 38mm might not be the better choice, especially for smaller wrists. The only criticism, which isn't really one, is the lack of AR coating. This makes the otherwise beautiful dial look pale and glared most of the time.
