This is my 5th Eco-Drive watch. This is the first time I've bought something here. With a great Black Friday discount. These solar movements from Citizen keep running! No more changing batteries. That's a great advantage. The strap was much too big when it was delivered, even though I had specified the exact size of my wrist. I reported this to customer service; they apologized and offered to adjust the steel strap at a local watch shop. I did that and Christian Uhrenschmuck24 immediately transferred the amount for the external adjustment of the stainless steel strap back to my credit card. Thank you for this great customer service!
