This was my first contact with a Citizen watch and of course you are a bit skeptical if you don't know the brand and they offer a solar-powered automatic watch at such a price. But the skepticism quickly gave way to enthusiasm. The watch itself has no gaps or other inconsistencies. Everything was manufactured and screwed together with great precision. The stainless steel case makes a very high-quality impression and houses a very inconspicuous dial on which the hands show the time with absolute precision. Since the hour and minute hands also "charge" in daylight, reading the time is effortless even in the dark hours of the night. Only the date display is a little too small and sometimes requires a second look. Pulling out the crown is a little difficult the first time because you have to apply an unusually "lot" of force. But by the second time you've already got the hang of it. In the end, the bracelet also dispelled my last doubts. The underside is made of leather, which is coated and reinforced with colored nylon on the top, while the holes in the hole for the pin are all reinforced with metal to prevent them from fraying. While the bracelet was a bit stiff for the first few days, it has now adapted to the contours of my arm and nestles gently around my wrist. The watch will of course have to prove itself in the long-term test, but so far there are no defects or other shortcomings to be seen. Especially considering the price, the watch is definitely worth recommending.

This watch is just WOW! Beautiful and a real eye-catcher. Perfect size for a man. I was very undecided between black and white and ended up choosing the white one, very elegant, while the black one is more sporty. Simply TOP!

The Oris Aquis Chronograph is a beautiful, functional diving watch that can also be worn as a classy chronograph for everyday use. Oris goes its own way and does not bow to the pressure and hype of the watch industry, which is also evident in the end product. The price/performance ratio is fair and you get a good quality watch that you will enjoy for a long time. If you can do without the chronograph functions, there are of course cheaper models of the same high quality. For recreational divers, however, a separate dive computer with a nitrogen saturation indicator and decompression times is of course essential for diving holidays, but if you don't have one to hand for individual dives or as a backup to the dive computer, the watch is a stylish, very functional companion that will be a topic of conversation not only among divers. There is also a more expensive version for professional divers with a helium valve (pressure equalization chamber), but for me this looks a bit too sporty and I don't dive in such dimensions. I prefer the elegance of this reviewed model, which is perfect for diving, as an everyday watch, and even for more elegant occasions.
