I received the watch in mid-September and noticed that the bezel, inner ring, and dial were not aligned. Adjusting the bezel didn't help. It was either one click too far to the right or one click too far to the left. This was visually distracting. I sent the watch in for repair and had to wait three whole months, only to have it returned in the same condition without any explanation. The service center's response was, "The manufacturer hereby officially confirms that the watch is completely within the brand-specific tolerances and therefore there is no defect." Due to the length of time and the manufacturer's claim that there is no defect, I cannot request a refund. I am extremely disappointed that such a clear visual discrepancy is not considered a defect and that the customer is left with the watch in the lurch.
