I bought the watch with the blue dial at the Lucerne branch. The service was excellent. The strap was adjusted several times with great patience. A little tip: You can also remove the plastic film from the lugs and clasp before handing over the watch. A negative point about the watch: The clasp doesn't have a quick-adjust mechanism, as is common with other dive watches. Instead, you have to press in a spring pin with a pointed object and reposition it. According to the Oris instructions, you should wear safety glasses for this, as the spring force of the pin can cause eye injuries. The clasp itself has a look and feel that is inferior to that of my Casio travel watch. It's unworthy of this price range. Perhaps Oris should buy their clasps from Titoni? The 120-hour power reserve is nice, but it's only achieved with 12-14 hours of wear per day or manual winding with 210 turns. Conclusion: Apart from the clasp, it's a very beautiful watch, excellently crafted. But because of the described "defects," this is reason enough for me to consider a different brand for my next purchase.
