For me, the Edox "Delfin" is the perfect watch for summer and (beach) holidays :) An extremely solidly crafted and designed watch that can handle any situation in life with ease. A watch that you don't see every day and that impresses, whether in a smart-casual or business outfit. I particularly like the certain retro touch with elements that are reminiscent of the original from the 60s. My next Edox is already "in the planning stages"! ;-)

The Certina "Cascadeur" has an unusual design. It may not be to everyone's taste right away. But it is definitely an eye-catcher that stands out from other watches. The back features the well-known Certina banana logo from the 90s. A familiar sight for die-hard Certina connoisseurs. The case is made of 316L stainless steel, which is also used in surgery. In some places it is brushed, in others polished. Two protective bars and the recessed sapphire crystal provide the best possible protection against damage. White hands on a blue dial ensure that the time is easy to read. Thanks to Superluminova, the hands also glow in the dark. The padded strap is made of leather and its dark blue color matches the dial perfectly. A noble heart beats inside the timepiece. The ETA 955.112 quartz movement is gold-plated, very precise and has an unusually long battery life of 3 years. If it does run low, this is notified in good time by the battery end indicator. The watch is delivered in a black watch box with a white watch cushion. Thanks to the integrated document compartment, these important documents will not get lost. Everything makes a very classy impression. Conclusion: If you are looking for a high-quality but still inexpensive Swiss made watch, you can't go wrong with the "Cascadeur" model.

Even the date was already preset. If you are looking for a nice, sporty chronograph for a reasonable price, the Maurice Lacroix Pontos S is the right choice. I will expand the review in a few months as soon as I have had some experience with the Pontos S.
